This Crowd Insurance Agency is at the very beginning stages, and we are looking for people who want to grow with us. This is not a traditional job—we are building something new, and a lot will be learned along the way by all of us. If you’ve ever wanted to get into insurance but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance. No experience is needed, just the willingness to learn and put in the work.

What This Opportunity Looks Like:

• We are a brand-new agency, so things are still developing—we will all learn and grow together.
• You will sell General lines – Property and Casualty (P&C) and General Lines – Life, Accident, Health and HMO in Texas.
• This is a commission-only opportunity for now, but as the agency grows, pay + commission will be considered.
• Remote work is allowed, but there will be mandatory meetings when needed—this is a team effort.
• We will pay for the online education to obtain the licenses and pay for the first attempts of each licenses.

• Anyone 18 and older who wants to start a career in insurance.
• People who aren’t afraid of the unknown and want to be part of building something new.
• Individuals who will get their Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses (we’ll help guide you through the process).
• Motivated individuals willing to learn, adapt, and work hard.
